If I change my smartphone do I have to re-install the Better Driver app?
Yes – you’ll need to download the Better Driver app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and enter the credentials we emailed you in your Welcome Pack.
You’ll be asked to go through the app setup process again. You may also need to pair the app with your car’s Bluetooth again. Just follow the in-app instructions and you can’t go wrong. We may also need to reset your Bluetooth, get in touch if you’re having problems.
