When you call us about your policy, we’ll ask you some security questions to confirm your identity. We may ask for details such as your full name, date of birth, policy number or vehicle registration.
You’ll need to answer these questions correctly before we can discuss your policy. This helps us protect your personal information and keep it safe and private.
What is third party authority?
You can give someone you trust permission to speak to us about your policy and receive policy information. This could be a family member, guardian, partner or close friend—for example, if you need extra help managing your insurance.
We can only share information with someone who is recorded on your policy as an authorised third party. They’ll also need to answer security questions before we can discuss your policy with them.
Where can I find my documents?
You can view your policy documents through our customer portal. Once you’ve bought your policy, we’ll also send the documents to the email address you provided.
Some policy documents are available on our website too. If you’d like to read them before buying a policy, you can find them here.
