What’s included on the Key Cover?
If you have purchased our key insurance policy, you will be covered for:
- Locksmith charges
- New locks (if the loss of your keys gives rise to a security risk)
- Replacement keys
- Car Hire (up to three days) / onward transport costs
- The reprogramming of any immobilisers, infra-red handsets and alarms, which are integral to any insured key, if such cannot be reprogrammed
- If there are duplicate keys available to the policyholder, a £50 excess will apply
